The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) announces a new sale of assets belonging to socially-owned enterprises in liquidation LAS 76 and invites all interested investors to participate and submit bids for the purchase of the tendered assets.
There are 146 assets in total, categorized according to their nature and development potential. These include: agricultural items—many featuring high-quality land suitable for intensive farming and fruit cultivation; residential items, ideal for urban or rural housing development; assets with various commercial functions, suitable for business investments; warehouses with potential for logistics or storage use; and commercial premises, which represent unique opportunities for business development.
The assets are distributed across Kosovo’s six regions. This sales wave aims to stimulate economic development by creating concrete investment opportunities in agriculture, housing, commerce, and services. The properties range in size from small items—suitable for individual investors—to large scale properties that could be transformed into rural development hubs, agribusinesses, or residential projects.
Sealed bids for the units/assets offered for sale under Liquidation Asset Sale no. 76 must be submitted at the “Conference Hall – Grand Hotel” in Pristina on November 4, 2026, between 10:00 and 12:00, and must be accompanied by the required bid deposit and the bid submission fee, as specified for each individual item. The opening of bids will take place on the same day, starting at 12:30. During this period, interested parties have the opportunity to obtain more detailed information and to visit the properties offered for sale.
The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) invites all interested parties—including individuals, businesses, members of the diaspora, and foreign investors—to participate through this transparent and supervised process, and encourages them not to miss this opportunity to invest in valuable properties with significant development potential.
