Meeting of 24 and 27 December 2024. The Board approved distribution reports for SOE IGK Ballkani and SOE Ramiz Sadiku. The Board of Directors of Privatisation Agency of Kosovo held its regular meeting wherein, among other things, was informed on the monthly work progress of the Agency.
In this meeting, the Board of Directors was informed about and reviewed recommendation reports of direct sales division (10 approvals and 1 rejection) and final reports of direct sales division (5 approvals). In this regard, the Board also took decision on classification and categorisation of properties according to their current use for 56 cases the direct sale of which has already been initiated.
In this meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed and approved Internal Audit Unit annual work plan for 2024 and the Housing Committee Recommendation Report (6 rejections). The Board also reviewed and approved a number of requests for direct leases of assets of socially owned enterprises.
Furthermore, the Board was informed about the status of creditor claims related to SOE Grand Hotel. The Board reviewed and approved distribution reports for SOE IGK Ballkani and SOE Ramiz Sadiku.
In this meeting, the Board also took decision on appointment of Provisional Board members of SOE Inex Sharr Planina Brezovica following the process of public vacancy announcement.
The Board also approved two decisions related to transfer of property to state and public institutions as follows:
Award of consent for registration/transfer in the cadastral records of immovable properties, namely, cadastral parcels no. 2313-0, 2314-0, 2315-1 and 2775-1 with total surface area 99,507 m² CZ Suhareka, in Suhareka, as well as investments and accessory parts, such as various forest and fruit trees located in cadastral parcels no.2307-2, no.2313-0, 2314-0, 2315-1 and 2775-1 CZ Suhareka, property of PRZ014 SOE IGK Ballkani – Damper Unit, Suhareka for the needs of the Ministry of Defence and Kosovo Security Forces in accordance with the final decision for expropriation no. 02/207 dated 30 May 2024 issued by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Board also approved the proposal for awarding of consent for registration/transfer in the cadastral records of immovable properties, namely, cadastral parcels no. 25-, 23-3, 23-4, 23-2, 48-1, , and 48-2 CZ Fushë Kosovë, property of SOE AC “Agriculture” PRN009 for implementation of the Project: “Construction of Photovoltaic Park” for the needs of Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK- JSC) in accordance with the final decision no. 15/148 dated 29 June 2023 issued by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and in accordance with the assessment of the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers.
