Liquidation Authorities (LAs) of SOEs: Veterinary Station - Podujevë (in liquidation) appointed in accordance with Article 12 of the Annex of the Law No. 04/L-034 on Privatisation Agency of Kosovo, noticing the failure to admit the respective documents (Request for additional information) to the address of the applicant in accordance with Article 49 of Annex of the Law no. 04/L-034 on PAK, hereby publishes the following notice:   

1. The applicant from the list below, should appear to receive the relevant document (Request for additional information) of the Liquidation Authority at the address specified in the relevant PAK regional office, before or until 16:00 on February 3^rd , 2025.   

1. Failure to obtain this document (Request for additional information) from LAs in the respective PAK Regional Office within the above mentioned time and date shall be subjected to the legal effect provided by article 37.7 of the Annex Law no. 04/L-034 on the Privatization Agency of Kosovo. Document (Request for additional information) will be considered submitted by the relevant Liquidation Authority, if the applicant does not take it within the prescribed period.
