The Privatisation Agency of Kosovo is tasked to privatise Socially Owned Enterprises in Kosovo through the methods of spin-off and liquidation. Investors are invited to buy through open competitive tender the NewCos (new companies) created with the essential assets and some limited liabilities of the SOEs listed below.

The PAK pursuant to Article 5 Law No. 03/L-067 on the Privatization as amended, has concluded from its analysis of documentation and other evidence in relation to the entities/assets set out below that such entities/assets fall within its jurisdiction.


NewCo Agriculture Land Rastavicë A L.L.C.  is located in Rastavicë Deçan/Decane Municipality, les  than 1km from the regional road Gjakova/Djakovica – Deçan/Decane. This NewCo is comprised mainly by agricultural land. The NewCo will comprise of approximately 166060m² (16ha 60ari and 60m²), agriculture land.
This tender provides an investor with opportunity to further develop agro business in Deçan/Decane area. (Bid Deposit €20.000)

Remarks: It must be taken into consideration that after the field measurements, there will be some changes regarding the surface of buildings that will be transferred to the NewCo.
