The Board of Directors of Privatisation Agency of Kosovo held its regular meeting, and among other issues, reviewed and approved quarterly Report for the year 2024 addressed to the Parliamentary Committee on Economy, Industry and Trade.  In addition, the Board discussed and assessed the Resolution of the Assembly of Kosovo on PAK activities during 2022 and is committed to implement accurately the recommendations arising from this resolution.

During the meeting, the Board was also informed on the activities of the management of the Agency for the previous monthly period of the Agency, and also reviewed monthly report of SOE Brezovica, which is under PAK direct administration. The Board was also informed with the annual Report of the Audit Committee for the previous year 2023.

In this meeting, the Board also reviewed and approved the Report of the Committee for Apartments of SOEs, which is established within the PAK.

The Board of Directors also discussed about other issues related to ongoing activities undertaken by PAK in order to improve the processes for a better administration and management of socially owned property
