Great investment opportunities in the main Kosovo locations are offered with the recent PAK sales

The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) hereby invites ambitious investors and entrepreneurs to take advantage of the opportunity to purchase excellent properties in various attractive locations throughout Kosovo. With the latest wave of asset sales, which was announced on July 11th and will be open until July 31st, the total of 36 properties have been tendered that offer excellent opportunity for purchasing and developing your business.
The 67th wave of asset sales (LAS 67) presents a diverse portfolio of assets distributed in the main regions of Kosovo. The Prishtina region includes 11 assets, including agricultural land in the attractive areas of Podujeva, Graçanica and Prishtina, as well as business premises in the centre of Pristina, which present excellent investment opportunities. In the region of Peja, 14 assets have been tendered for sale, including agricultural land suitable for the cultivation of various crops and commercial/building land for business development in the villages of Gjakova, Klina and Istog. Moreover, parts of the line for the production and filling of drinks are offered for sale.
The total of 5 assets are offered for sale in the region of Prizren, including premises and agricultural land in the Municipality of Prizren and Dragash, whereas in the region of Mitrovica there are 6 assets for sale, including premises and warehouses with attractive areas for business development, as well as assets in the Municipality of Vushtrri . All these assets of socially-owned enterprises present excellent opportunities for business expansion or new business initiatives in our country.
Buyers can bid for one of these assets or they can bid for more assets. The whole process of submitting bids and opening and revealing prices is secured and guaranteed and takes place with high transparency, in the presence of the media and all potential buyers and is broadcasted live.
Sealed bids for the items/assets that are for sale through Liquidation Asset Sale no. 67 must be submitted to the "Conference Room - Grand Hotel" in Pristina on 31.07.2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, along with the bid deposit and bid submission fee, as provided for each item. And the opening of bids will take place on the same day, starting at 12:30. During this period, interested parties have the opportunity to receive more detailed information and to visit the assets offered for sale.
