The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) announces that it has withdrawn from the sales tender Item no. 15 Apiko-Premise (former warehouse), in Pristina. This asset was planned to be sold through Asset Sale through Liquidation no. 67, which will be held on 31 July  2024, while the withdrawal from the sale was made by decision of PAK Board of Directors.

List of assets that are for sale through Asset Sale no. 67 includes assets of Socially Owned Enterprises from different regions of Kosovo and can be found on PAK website: www.pak-ks.org.

The submission of bids will be held on 31 July 2024 in the hall of the Grand Hotel in Pristina, when the opening ceremony of the bids will also take place.
