PAK BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVED TRANSACTIONS OF LAS 67. The Board of Directors of Privatization Agency of Kosovo held a regular meeting during which they discussed and were informed about a number of important issues affecting the Agency's activities and recent developments in the privatization process. 

In this meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed and approved the transactions of liquidation asset sales -LAS 67 (5 approvals and 6 rejections) and reviewed 65 recommendation reports for direct sale out of which 16 assets have been approved and 49 assets have been rejected.   

The Board then reviewed and approved the leasing of five (5) petrol stations through public tender under the announcement dated July 26^th, 2024 as well as 2 assets for direct leasing, one of which has 10 units.

After the review of the request by the Board of Inex Ski Center in Brezovica, an additional investment of €35,000 was approved, mainly in the repair of the ski lifts and the purchase of a Snow Press, but also other assets of this enterprise in order to be better prepared for skiing for the next season.

Moreover, the Board reviewed and approved the delivery reports of liquidation funds for SOE “National Pharmacy” in Ferizaj, SOE AC Malisheva and SOE AIC Agrocultura. In addition, the Board was informed of the liquidation process final report of PRZ093 SOE AC “Mamusha” and hereby instructed that the report should be sent to the Special Chamber and after this procedure follows the closure of enterprise.   

With regard to expropriations, the Board made the following decisions: 1) Decision to give consent for registration/transfer to the cadastral books of the real estate “the premise of the former Socially-owned Enterprise "Liria" (PRZ041) located in the Cadastral plot no. 4792-0, Municipal property, CZ of Prizren, Municipality of Prizren for the realization of the project "Creation of spaces for the mobility of traffic and pedestrians", according to the assessment of the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers; and 2) Decision on granting consent for registration/transfer in the cadastral books of immovable property no. 90-0 CZ Landovica for the realization of the project "Prizren City Cemetery" property of SOE “Vreshtaria” PRZ010, Prizren, according to the assessment of the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers in accordance with the Final Decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, for expropriation no. 34/178 dated 13.12.2023.

The Board also approved the Action Plan for implementing audit report recommendations of the Direct Sales Division by the National Audit Office.
