PAK Board approves the Regulation that accelerates the closure of the liquidation of Socially Owned Enterprises.

Privatisation Agency of Kosovo (PAK) informs the public opinion that the premises of enterprise “Jugodrvo” which has been reported in the media these days that it is located in North Mitrovica constitute a socially-owned property and, as such, is under the legal administration of PAK, in accordance with the provisions of Law on Privatisation Agency of Kosovo (Article 5), as well as the mandate inherited from Kosovo Trust Agency.

The Privatization Agency of Kosovo (PAK) informs all citizens and interested parties who have submitted claims for the Direct Sale of assets of Socially Owned Enterprises that these claims are registered, securely stored, and processed in the chronological order of their submission.

The Factory in Radusha of Istog has been privatised in 2010 transforming an unoperational wood processing factory into a milk processing factory with a capacity of 36.000 litres of products per hour.
