The Board of Directors of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo held its regular meeting on February 27, 2025, where, among other things, it approved the Agency's Annual Report for 2024, which will be forwarded to the Assembly of Kosovo in accordance with legal proceedings. The Board was also informed about the monthly progress of the Agency's work.

Liquidation Authorities (LAs) of SOEs: Veterinary Station - Podujevë (in liquidation) appointed in accordance with Article 12 of the Annex of the Law No. 04/L-034 on Privatisation Agency of Kosovo, noticing the failure to admit the respective documents (Request for additional information) to the address of the applicant in accordance with Article 49 of Annex of the Law no. 04/L-034 on PAK, hereby publishes the following notice:   

Meeting of 24 and 27 December 2024. The Board approved distribution reports for SOE IGK Ballkani and SOE Ramiz Sadiku. The Board of Directors of Privatisation Agency of Kosovo held its regular meeting wherein, among other things, was informed on the monthly work progress of the Agency.

Through large investments made after privatization to improve and create the conditions necessary for work, Company “Trofta” managed to be one of the most successful companies in Kosovo.

Besides production lines and processing of fruits and vegetables, within the company also operates milk production unit and a new line for production of hygienic and sanitary products.

Mill in Fushë Kosova has been privatised in 2007 with a price of 2.5 million Euros.
