The Privatisation Agency of Kosovo is tasked to privatise Socially Owned Enterprises in Kosovo through the methods of spin-off and liquidation. Investors are invited to buy through open competitive tender the NewCos (new companies) created with the essential assets and some limited liabilities of the SOEs listed below.

The PAK pursuant to Law No. 04/L-034 on the Privatization as amended, has concluded from its analysis of documentation and other evidence in relation to the entities/assets set out below that such entities/assets fall within its jurisdiction 

 

NewCo Jugobanka Main Administration Building in Mitrovicë L.L.C. - this sale offers opportunity for potential buyers to purchase the land in surface area of 909 m2, and two buildings: Six-floor Main Administration Building with approximate area of 2,364 m2 and the auxiliary building with approximate area of 108 m2. The property is located in the centre of Mitrovicë/a, in Mbreteresha Teuta Street, opposite to ProCredit Bank and Sports Center.
The Main Building is in use by UNMIK and the auxiliary building is illegally occupied by third party. (Bid Deposit €100.000)

The above presented surfaces are according to the internal and unofficial measurements performed by SOE.
Therefore, commercial complex/furniture saloon based on the last updated cadastral records, possession list/ certificate for the immovable property rights P-71813068-14288 and a copy plan with the cadastral parcel number P-71813068-01075-2, includes a total surface of 1016m ² with culture: Construction land whereas the building is not registred at kadastral documents.

Both these cadastral parcels (P-71813046-00483-0 and P-71813046-00035-0) are located on cadastral zone Lubizhdë, registered in the name of (original name recorded in certifikate/PL) Pasuria Shoqërore “KIB Progres”-Prizren.
