Wave 58

Privatisation Agency of Kosovo (PAK) is tasked to privatise Socially Owned Enterprises in Kosovo through the methods of spin-off and liquidation. Investors are invited to buy through open competitive tender the NewCos created with the essential assets and some limited liabilities of the SOEs listed below:

NewCo Ratar Sushicë I L.L.C. - includes agriculture land with total surface area of approx. 262459m² (26ha 24are 59m²) which is located in cadastral zone Susica/Sushicë Municipality of Gracanice/Graçanica. Output of agricultural products can be increased significantly, with proper investments. (Bid Deposit €20,000)
